Haitian businessman Roudolph Boulos sentenced to 6 months in prison

Roudolph Boulos, the former senator, is also the CEO of PHARVAL laboratories, a company responsible for a sirup, Afbril and Valodon, intended for the treatment of the symptoms of flu and fever.

L'homme d'affaires haitien et ancien sénateur Roudolph Boulos vient d'être condamné à 6 mois de prison pour un ancien cas d'insuffisance rénale liée à des médicaments contaminés ayant fait de nombreuses victimes en Haïti.
Roudolph Boulos, l'ancien sénateur, est également le PDG des laboratoires PHARVAL, une société responsable des sirops Afbril et Valodon destiné au traitement des symptômes de la grippe et de la fièvre.
Selon des informations, en 1996, une centaine d'enfants sont morts parce qu'ils consommaient des sirops contaminés Afbril et Valodon.
