U.N. Worker in Haiti Predict More People Will Die

In an interview with a New Zealand TV station, he says:
Everything we [The Untied Nations] do is on worst-case scenario, and if it's worst-case scenario, we haven't done enough.
It's just people are just going to die...
...The population were living in their slum area, they went to this tented city knowing that the NGOs would come and provide them with food and stuff at a certain point. They'd get that then they'd go back to their slum.
Every year during the hurricane season in Haiti many people die, that was before we had 10% of the population displaced and living in makeshift tents.
How bad will it be this year?
At this point we should HOPE for the best but EXPECT the very worse.

I HAVE BEEN VERY CONCERN ABOUT THE HAITIANS SINCE JANUARY, I KNEW THAT THE SITUATION TURNS MORE COMPLICATED FOR THE BAD GOBERMENT, THE RAINS AND HURRICANES AND THE INDIFERENCE OF ALMOST ALL PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.THE HAITIAN DIASPORA AND RICH CLASS PREFER TO WATCH THE SOCCER WORDL CUP OR THE BASKETBALL GAMES, THAT HELP THEIR PEOPLE IN
Everyone with any sense wonders why the UN runs around in heavily armed war vehicles and hide in fortified compounds?
What enemy in Haiti is a threat to the UN War machine.
Why not have bulldozers and construction material to start cleaning ruble and clearing waterways?
These UN troops are in Haiti to train for more violent places - not there to help
