Haitians in US fearing deportation by President Trump pour into Canada seeking Asylum

Many Haitians living in the United States are so afraid they will be deported by President Donald Trump that they've decided to stream across the U.S. border into Canada seeking asylum.

A immigration official in Quebec told Reuters they are getting as many as 150 Haitian refugees a day.

Aid workers and officials in Quebec have opened Montreal's Olympic Stadium to help process the influx of Haitians coming in, Reuters reported.

Haitians contribute greatly to our economy.

They are not illegal immigrants and would qualify for Merit visas under Trumps plan. I don't believe Trump will send the Haitians back to
