Haiti - Tourism : 20 Percent more Tourists Arrived in Haiti in 2013 than the year before

I just read some great news about the number of tourists arriving in Haiti these days... 20 percent MORE TOURISTS arrived in Haiti in 2013 then the year before... This is according to preliminary figures recently released by the Caribbean Tourism Organization.

Stephanie Villedrouin - Haiti Minister of Tourism

Caribbean Journal reports... Haiti welcomed a total of 419,736 tourism arrivals... That was the single-largest improvement in air arrivals of any country in the Caribbean

GO HAITI!!!!!

Rayi Chien di dan-l blan... Since the arrival of president Martelly in power, one his primary goal was to boost tourism in Haiti. Stephanie Villedrouin, I don't know her but I love her, has been doing a exceptional job.

I guess her effort are paying off... More and more people are coming to Haiti...

Yesterday I went to Port-au-Prince Toussaint Louverture Airport, I was shocked at the number of "BLAN" (creole for foreigner) waiting to depart...

I am glad to know that many of them are tourist... You know what I mean.

What do you think about that?
