Just on the visa application alone 1200/day at $160 per application for a maximum of 10% being issued.
I think the Haitian government just like the Brazilian government has recently done need to man up and ensure every foreigners coming to Haiti must apply for a visa as well. Haiti is a country just like every other country and it should respected and treated as one.
