This man is a suspected leader of a gang involved in kidnappings in Haiti and his relationship with the presidential family turn the matter into a political fiasco.

Etheart co-owns a restaurant with the brother of first Sophia Martelly; this is the restaurant who provided catering services to the National Palace. Also, some say he is a close friend of President Martelly.
