Haiti Traffic Police Issues a Warning to Big Truck Drivers for the Opening of School

Haiti's Direction de la Circulation et de la Police Routière (DCPR) - The Traffic and the Highway Police Directorate - has issued a warning to Haitian truck drivers... For the opening of school in Haiti, big trucks and tractor trailers are banned from the streets of metropolitan Port-au-Prince between the hours of 5am to 9am, also between 3pm to 6pm for the the safety of the students...

We have to understand that,

Before we could not drive 100 kilometers speed limit in Haïti in the holes, gravels etc. somewhere in the province of Canada-US speed limit is 110-120 kilometers and more; Haïti don't have to have school to show us what the passengers of Haïti are doing is not good.

I believe one day President Martelly and Lamothe will work with the Haitian's police to fix this issue.
