US Government Accountability Office (GAO) Slams USAID Rebuilding Work in Haiti
Did you know about this? The US Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a report slamming USAID for their rebuilding work in Haiti.
In Haiti there are so many Things that make you go Hmmm...
According to the report, US efforts to help rebuild Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake have been plagued by poor planning, delays and mistaken cost estimates that have forced many projects to be scaled back.
Funny, the report is dated June 2013 and is suddenly popped in up the news yesterday.
