Out of sight, out of mind.
You have no idea how powerful this is.
Have you ever heard this proverb: "You soon forget people or things that are no longer visible or present."
I got rid of my sugar addiction after I made the simple decision to NOT leave anything with added sugar in my house and it worked.
At first I would go out a buy one sugar treat but I would never bring it into my house. Soon enough, it's like my brain knew to want something else that was readily available.
I don't know what else to tell you except to try this simple idea.
Out of sight, out of mind. You want to quit consuming added sugar do not leave it anywhere in your house.

Sugar is good for you. It helps to prevent high blood pressure.
