Haitian president create new commission to help manage COVID-19 resources
With the fear of coronavirus in Haiti, the Haitian president created a new Commission to help manage resources coming from the international organizations and the private sector.
This commission will not to replace the works to be done by the ministry of Public Health but it is there to oversee the operations, according to a Haitian newspaper article.
Dr. Jean William Pape who is co-chairing this Commission is asking the population to be vigilant and to stick together to help fight this pandemic.
This coronavirus has endangered the public health system of the big countries, the doctor said.
According to doctor Pape, without the help of the population keeping casualties to a minimum will not be possible.
