Does the Haitian Media Recognize the LIMITS of Freedom of Expression?
Any warning to the Haitian Media about unprofessional practices is seen as a threat to their Freedom of the Press...

Earlier today, CONATEL released a statement warning the Haitian media to be careful... Be careful that the news you broadcast does not "cause harm to others' character and/or reputation by false or misleading statements"
And for that the Haitian Media is pissed, and every organization who usually cry foul play is jumping in the band wagon.
QUESTION: Do you think CONATEL do somehing wrong?
