Fritz-Joly Joachin was arrested in Bulgaria on January 1 trying to cross into Turkey.

According to the initial arrest warrant, DailyMail.co.uk reports, Joachin's wife told authorities on December 30 that he was likely to take their son to Syria, that he had converted to Islam 15 years ago and had become radicalised in recent years.

I use to say that I am proud so far no Haitian name is connected with what Haitians have nothing to do with or should not connect with. Until recently, one of my doctors ask if has ever had any case or suspect.

I told him Haitians have their own problem surely cannot nor should not mess with others' business.
