Haiti - Protesters wounded by gunfire Fort-Liberté
According to news reports this protest was for Electricity... While trying to clear roadblocks, police fired their weapons.
For the past few days people in Fort-Liberté have been demanding that the town be supplied with electricity from the Caracol power plant.
Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aime, one of the group of 6 opposition senators against president Michel Martelly, said that 16 people were wounded. Police has not yet confirmed the number.

People should protest peacefully, and the authorities should allow people to express themselves.
Haiti is a democratic state and therefore, should abide to democratic rules.
