Haiti All-White Event at Champs-de-Mars Last day of Kanaval 2015 to remember those who died

All musicians, Carnival performers, all carnival particiants will be dressed in white in a special event starting at 5:00 pm Tuesday, 17 Feb 2015, in Champs-de-Mars...

All musicial band are asked to go through the "Parcours Karnaval" in silence... No Music... All the street bands (Band a pieds) will do the same as well

Is is not yet clear whether of not the Musicians will be on top of their chars of on foot...
