The first ever Fashion week, Fashion Week 2012, took place in Haiti last week... Bagay Maleur... From what I hear!!!

Haiti Fashion Week 2012

"Don't sleep on Haiti!", One web site says, "...by the looks of the pictures, this was a successful high fashion event."

World-class fashion has gone on display in Haiti, The Associated Press says...

"Nearly three dozen designers showed off their latest tropic-centric creations at Haiti Fashion Week, which ended Sunday.

Visitors came from places as close as the neighboring Dominican Republic and as far as Japan.

Organizers say it's the first time such that a fashion show of this scale has taken place in the Caribbean country..."

That's good news for Haiti... We need lots more news like this one!

Haiti is still shinning in spite of whatever title "those who doesn't want to see us growing" but still taking advantages of our Mother Nation, wants to give us. We Haitians have to give a deaf ear to those pessimists and continue to move forward encouraging each other.

If we don't do it ourselve, none will do it for us. Therefore, Brothers and Sisters, Mothers, Daughters and Sons Fathers, Grand-Mother, Grand-Fathers, it is All for One and One for All. Let us Stand together as ONE, ONE Nation under GOD and proclaim Haiti for Christ.

YES!!! "We need lots more news like this one!"
On a recent visit to Haiti I bought a bottle of delicious peanut butter (made from peanuts grown and processed in Haiti), and a pack of gourmet coffee made from Arabica coffee beans (grown processed and packed in Haiti), at a supermarket as good as any I have ever shopped in (and better than many) in Petion-ville in HAITI.
