I can ensure you that the Dominican Republic have absolutely not intention to invade Haiti.

The Dominican constitution prohive such of thing.

Heiti already have the support of the U.N. Instead of being thinking in building an Army, why don't you guys start at the bottom, by building roads, hospitals, schools (free of charge like in DR) etc?

I completely agree with Neg Lakay.

As a member of the US Armed Forces for 15 years I used to be one of those traveling a lot to Dominican Republic to train their military and/or facilitate their training.

I used to ask myself why because it was not something I was doing by choice.

@Ricart, I hope when you were writing this garbage, you were having a good time with your friend Prestige Beer and had one too many. This is the most disturbing comment I have ever heard.

The Europeans in most part is responsible for Haiti's trouble by not wanting to trade our hard earned harvests with us. They just ignored us for real by not buying our produce and not recognize us as a true sovereign country.
