Haiti - 21 people die while trying to leave Haiti on a boat

According to news reports, Survivors told police the boat left the northern Haiti coast and head out to sea. The boat encountered bad weather and tried to return to Haiti when it hit something.

The boat started to sink before it could arrive back in the coast.
