Sweet Micky, The second Wyclef Jean of the Haiti Election 2010

Wyclef Jean made a lot of noise when he ran for president of Haiti. He was rejected by the CEP and this left everyone wondering, who will his followers vote for? Could it be Micky?

Sweet Micky Officially Candidate For President Of Haiti

The youth in Haiti want change...

Nearly half of the Haitian population who are now able to cast a vote in this election was born AFTER Duvalier, and they have witnessed how amazingly beautiful Haiti has become in the years since Duvalier left.

Here's what I read in an article by Reuters:

Although Michel Martelly [Alias Sweet Micky] lacks political experience, his rallies have drawn surprisingly large crowds, especially of young supporters, leading some to describe him as a "second Wyclef Jean" -- the widely popular Haitian American hip-hop star who was excluded from running by electoral authorities.

TWO Questions:

1) Can Sweet Micky gather enough young Haitian votes to win the presidency

2) If NOT for Sweet Micky, than who do you think the young Haitian voters will be voting for?

if any of these candidates are not going to do for haiti what fidel and others have done to separate themselves from those greedy vicious demons who have kept haiti cuba and others desolate (wich might cost them their life) they might as well stand down,,they need knowledge of self in order to know who they are dealing

I like Sweet Micky, but I think Charles Henry Baker is the one who can potentially take Haiti out of this misery.

Baker first then Sweet Mickey second.

The rest of them are the same old

Pep haisyen jan Zot te di nan deba yo, li habitye roule bel voiture et li kon servi ak bel fam blanche, li pa neg ki beswen pouwa pou li ka couche bel fam blance ak roule gran voiture kom toute lotre prezidan malerez ki te pase sou pouwa ki kouri al deyer fam blanche yo.
nou supoze al vote yon moune ki renmen pep haisyen et ki vle change haiti pa yon moune ki ap fe nimporte salte amba preval pou lajan ki al pran 12 mil dolar avek yon voiture blende si nou al vote madan manigat se kom nou te revote preval, moune pou nou al vote ya se Michel martelly ( Sweet Micky) kandidat

So if he lacks experience why should people vote for him. Do not you understand that the country is not in good shape presently why should we vote for somebody who lacks experiences. What do you mean by half oft the new generation who were born after the Duvalier are supporting him. What type of crowd i should have stated who are supporting him. Have you ever been to Carnival in Haiti, the mass that follow Sweet Micki's float does not say is the whole population who follows him.It is just a baby's handful who follows the guy. Let's be honest to ourselves the man is not ready to lead my country in this world of competition .If he really wants to help so badly let him be a disk joker in a any radio station or tv station from there he can share his ideas to motivate the people, or he can rebut the government mistakes.
