"There is no law that says the President of Haiti can ride on a vehicle without a license plate," he said and the only plate on the vehicle that president Jovenel Moise rides on is a plate that says "La Presidence"

Regarding the increase of traffic tickes in Haiti, Eric Jean Baptiste says: "dans tous les pays du monde on rentabilize l'indiscipline" (English: in all the countries of the world one profitabilizes indiscipline)
