Former Haitian army General Williams Regala died Sunday December 23, 2018, at the age of 81, at his residence in Port-au-Prince.

Williams Régala was a member of the National Council of Government (Conseil National de Gouvernement - CNG) which led the country after the fall of the Duvalier regime on February 7, 1986.
