After she made a name for herself by beating Serena Williams on the tennis court, she has not beat her again by being the highest paid female athlete in the tennis world.

Only 22 years old, Naomi Osaka made 37.4 million dollars in prize money in endorsements only the last 12 months. That placed her above Serena Williams who was, according to Forbes Magazine, the highest paid female athlete.

Not only that, Naomi Osaka is now the highest ever paid female athlete surpassing 29.7 million dollars made by Maria Sharapova back in 2015.
