Haitian-Japanese Naomi Osaka made history again reaching No. 4 in WTA rankings

Haitian-Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka made history again. Naomi is now ranked No. 4 in the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) rankings tying the all-time record for highest-ranked Japanese player, male or female.

Only two Japanese players before Naomi Osaka been ranked as high as No. 4, Kimiko Date, who spent seven weeks at No. 4 in the WTA rankings in 1995, and Kei Nishikori, who spent 12 weeks at No. 4 in the ATP rankings, according to tennis.com

Neither Date nor Nishikori ever made it any higher than No. 4.

How long will Naomi Osaka remain No. 4 in the WTA rankings or will she go higher?
