Jah and Jahnes love. For the Papaya juice to be effective it has to be freshly squeezed or blended in Vitamix or powerful machine.
But, most folks buy the juice processed.
But most importantly, Carrots, Kale, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Apricots, Brocoli, Squash are richest in Vitamin A. Some folks who have problems with Vitamin A retention often experience fat malabsorption.
But eating fresh ripe papaya (hopefully sweet and in season) is really good for the digestive system.
