JetBlue Airways - Flights to Haiti
Haiti Press Network reports...
The Haitian Ministry of Tourism will receive the first passenger flights from Jet Blue to the Toussaint Louverture International Airport.
The officials will be received at the Airport's diplomatic lounge by Minister of Tourism, Stéphanie B. Villedrouin and Ambassador of the United States in Haiti, Pamela White, for a welcome cocktail
Jetblue made the announcement about daily non-stop flights between New York's JFK and twice daily flights between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince back in May
I certainly hope that JetBlue will help reduce airfare to Haiti since Flights to Haiti seem much more expensive then flights to the other side of the island...
