Haiti - Senator Moise Jean Charles' Mother is Dead...

The mother of Haitian Senator North Moise Jean -Charles, died Thursday in the Dominican Republic. Madame Menio Moise died from kidney problems. Senator Moise Jean Charles learned of her mother's death earlier Thursday before he was due to attend another protest.

Menio Moise died at a hospital in Santiago, according to sources, she was 76 years old.

The senator says he will take a break from politics for 10 to 15 days in order to make funeral arrangements for his departed mother.
