Women prison in Haiti: Other than a place to pay for your crime, it is also a place for "rehabilitation"

Whether these women are guilty or not that is up to God and the Court, I applauded the First Lady Martine Moise for doing this. It is all about human decency and right.

Other than a place to spend time and pay for your crime, prison supposed to be also a place for "rehabilitation".

One would expect when these women or men are let out in the population, they are better citizen not bitter.
