According to news reports, Hervé Pierre Louis, The director general of Electricité d'Haïti (EDH) made this announcement Thursday, 22 June 2017, in front before the Mine and Energy Commission of the chamber of deputes.

Wow...

5 billion gourdes worth of unpaid of electric bills?

I thought I owed EDH money! LOL
