According to Haiti radio Metropole...President Martelly's administration and the Government Lamothe said in a statement that they are determined to continue their policy of energy security and to start a general reform of the sector to the benefit of the people.

I have to also admit that I have seen this solar lamp posts in places that are WAY OFF the grid... meaning that Haiti's electric company EDH aint gonna get there any time soon.
