Update: Jefferson Casseus was trying to pass a Tap-Tap when his vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle, a Honda.

Update: Another journalist, Johnson Baptiste died on the spot. according to a Judge (Juge de Paix) from Gressier who was on the scene for the accident report.
