People should not be manipulated every time they hear something on the paper.

They should know that there are interest groups on both sides of the island instigating conflict and hate.
On the other hand-Haitians should also know that if not for the Dominican Republic where else would they go and work without papers, receive government benefits paid by the Dominican people?

The Dominican Republic should review its foreign policy toward Haiti, given the continuous belligerence of the latter toward the Dominican Republic.

The Dominican Republic should think about closing the border permanently, not allowing the importation of food to Haiti, and not allow the entry of Haitian nationals to RD.

The Dominican Republic has no obligations to allow the presence of illegal immigrants from Haiti in its territory.
