According to news reports, a Haitian man known locally as Ti Louis was found dead in the Dominican border town of Elias Pina Thursday 18 Feb, something that angered the residents in Belladere.

This incident happened just one week after the news of another Haitian man was hanged in a public square in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
