Haiti Congratulates Pascal Brun, First Int'l Cadet to Graduate West Point as Adjutant General

Another Haitian brother is becoming the talk of the town... Haitian cadet, Pascal A. Brun, graduated from West Point last week and he made West Point history as the first international cadet to graduate Brigade S-1 (Personnel) Adjutant General.

It has been over 20 years since a Haitian has graduated from West Point, according to a note from the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince who share this information with us...

The US Embassy also informed that Prime Minister Enex Jean Charles has signed a MOA between Haiti and the United States that will allow Pascal and other cadets to return to Haiti and serve in the Haitian National Police and/or Coast Guard for at least five years.

Pascal and future cadets will join the police with the rank of inspector principal (1st LT equivalent).
