Haiti - Communication : CONATEL issues new warnings to the Haitian media

The National Council of Telecommunications of Haiti (CONATEL) has just issued new warnings against Haitian radio and Television stations take pleasure in broadcasting false information likely to disturb public order and internatonal relationships...

According to a statement isued by CONATEL, false informatinon coming from these broadcasting stations destabilize the institutions of the Republic and undermine the integrity of many citizens.

CONATEL want these media stations to put an end to these practices that it claims is irresponsible and a danger to Haitian society. Failure to comply, they will face penalties...

Since the release of these statement, some people are calling it BABOUKET nan boush La Presse...
