Tuesday July 20, 2010 02:16 PM ET
Did you know? There was 4.3 magnitude earthquake that hit northwest Haiti 15 miles west of the coastal city of Gonaives around 2:01 a.m. on Saturday July 18.
The U.S. Geological Survey say it was a light earthquake.
Lucky for the residents of Gonaives and the surrounding Haitian cities, the earthquake tremor took place 15 Miles off shore.
Many people in Gonaives say that they felt the earthquake but there were no damages reported.
Hmmmmm...
Bagay Goudougoudou sa-a vini pou rete ke moun...
This goes to show that Port au Prince is not the only place in Haiti that need to reconsider their building and construction methods.
Kisa-w tande? Kisa-w panse?

Hi Woody,
The whole Haiti needs to be reconstructed. All we need is a President who is very organized, and knows how to delegate to execute projects and negotiate with all the other countries who are willing to help.
It's a give and take.
People we can no longer live this way with only OUR PRIDE, and easily suspicious that these countries will take advantage of us while WE HAVE NOTHING BUT OUR PRIDE. As THE FIRST BLACK NATION on the face of the planet, but so many of us are dying so young of malnutrition and injustice in so many other horrible ways, from poor housing construction and lack of healthcare, and education; lack of jobs to take care the country. Did you know that a country can only be taking care of by its people by having jobs. When you go to work everyday, it means that you go out to take care your country. You are taking care of people's need down to the animals. The most beautiful part of it is that you are taking care of yourself. You become more prone to create and discover ideas to make the country better. That is why America is so great. They have discovered the secret and kept going at it and I am very proud of it. I love America because it's such and inspiring country. Now do not get me wrong. I love Haiti first and proud it too. I am very proud of my forefathers to have freed us from slavery. It's hard to imagine as a 5 year old getting up to go work in the morning. I was able to enjoy my childhood FREED. Growing up in Haiti has the best childhood memories for me. I sometimes cry just imagining about it.
