About time, what took them so long to visit Haiti?

The earthquake happened months ago. What does that say about how important Haiti is to this administration.

So what Michelle Obama is Haiti now. I don't think she really care about the Haitian people.

We should give thanks to all those people who were there when the haitian people needed them. The days after the earthquake first devestated

I just wanted to make a correction is here.
This is not her first trip out of the United States.

Instead, it is her first trip "SOLO" (by herself) out of the United states.

Remember that she went to England to meet the Queen before and so many other places out of the united states with her husband.

Michelle O. Made it to Haiti!! with vice president Bidden and his wife. Truly a memorable day.My only regret is that she did not talk to our youth, supposedly 65% of the population, about community participation as she is about to do in Mexico.

A word of encouragement to the youth would have meant so much coming from Michelle O. Who knows, she may be back to visit Haiti again...

Yes, you did spoke to soon. However, I'm glad by the gesture Obama made by sending his wife to Haiti, I'll bet you he will be in Hati before this year end. As you probably already aware of, the president is meeting with about forty-seven delegate from several countries, with additional visitors from all over the world to discuss the topic of nuclear and mass destruction weapons.

I'm glad that he send his wife. I'm an optimistic individuals, after reading the comment made through your email regarding Obama not visiting Haiti, I were like give it sometime, but indeed I was shocked that Nicolas Sarkozy visited Haiti in February, after nearly a centuries that no French president visited the country.

Now, I feel that something could be happening and hope that our first lady Mrs. Michel Obama is going to scan the haiti situation better.
